Overview
This Graphic Design (Hons) programme at Ulster University values research, the design process and professionalism. Its analytical approach enables our students to engage with exciting design challenges, react to a rapidly changing industry and to develop as sensitive and intelligent designers.
Like most university courses the learning process in Graphic Design happens through modules. These modules have been designed to take the student through a journey of acquiring new skills, exploring the subject area and developing the individuals creativity. They are individually assessed and accumulated as you progress.

- RQF Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma / OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma
- Award profile of MMM
- Irish Leaving Certificate: 96 UCAS tariff points to include a minimum of five subjects (four of which must be at higher level) to include English at H6 if studied at Higher level or O4 if studied at Ordinary Level.
- Scottish Advanced Highers: Grades DDD
- Scottish Highers: Grades CCCCC
- Overall International Baccalaureate profile minimum 24 points (12 at higher level)
