Overview
In your first year of Property programme of The University of Auckland, you will complete an integrated set of core courses, experiencing the multi-disciplinary environment that businesses operate in, as well as one introductory course in Property.
You will also be required to select two General Education courses as part of your degree. We recommend you choose WTRBUS 100: Waipapa Taumata Rau: Exploring the Māori Economy - Business Beyond Profit as one of your General Education courses.
BProp core courses
The second and third years comprise more specialised property courses, including valuation, finance and investment, economics, law, land use planning and controls, marketing, development, management, and building construction.
