Overview

This Nursing programme of The University of Auckland will ensure that you have sound scientific knowledge and skills, as well as hands-on nursing experience. You'll participate in simulation learning using modern technology and practising your skills in a safe environment.

After that, you will work with real patients in one of our many clinical placements across Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

Career opportunities:

After successful completion of the BNurs, graduates may apply for registration as a comprehensive nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. Graduates of the BNurs will have an immediate advantage in the job market.
