National Senior Certificate aggregate pass mark of at least 50% (excluding Life Orientation)

Complete the Non-academic Merit Form and submit it along with your application

Have the Clinical Visitation Form for Dietetics completed

Proof of permanent residence or refugee status (if you are not a South African citizen)
