The life sciences are the sciences that study living things. For example, this could be the study of plants, animals, or humans.
On this Life Sciences (with Dundee and Angus College) (Hons) course at University of Dundee you will develop your practical skills such as laboratory skills, data analysis, and experiment design. This will prepare you for designing and carrying out projects later in your course.

- The first year of this course is taught at Dundee & Angus College, and follows their HNC Applied Sciences route including the University module The Building Blocks of Life (BS11009).
- Upon passing the first year at D&A College, you will be able to progress into second year of one of the BSc (Hons) Biological or Biomedical Science degrees (except the NUS Singapore / Indonesia Institute for Life Sciences degrees).
