- Our Humanities Foundation Year is an intensive and exciting year of study. You’ll focus on the topics which intrigue you. And you'll also create a toolkit of essential academic skills.
- We provide a supportive and rewarding learning environment. You'll study with dedicated lecturers from UEA’s Interdisciplinary Institute for the Humanities. You’ll explore a wide range of academic subjects, including Literature, History, Philosophy, Film, Media, History of Art and Politics. We’ll help you make connections between different disciplines to spark your curiosity. We'll also encourage you to work towards your own individual learning goals.
- While studying with us, you’ll have access to all the opportunities and resources that UEA has to offer, from the Media Suite(opens in a new window) to the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts(opens in a new window), giving you the space to grow your interests outside the seminar room. The Liberal Arts with a Foundation Year (Hons) programme is offered at University of East Anglia.
