General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (if you do not yet have a degree, your last interim report card is sufficient)

Alternatively, a qualification as an educator, a completed advanced training course (master craftsman, specialist or business economist) or completed vocational training in the social sector and at least three years of professional experience.
