After a fierce competition for the National Scholarship for Graduate Students in the School of Foreign Languages for the academic year 2021-2022, Chen Junpeng, a third-year student of the Department of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, was awarded this prize, and Jiao Min was selected as was selected as a university-level outstanding graduate student.

The results of the National Scholarship for Undergraduates have also been announced recently, and the winners of the Department of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages are: Liu Xing (Class of 2019) and Lv Ping (Class of 2020).In the selection of Excellent Undergraduate Graduates of Sichuan Province and Excellent Undergraduate Graduates of SWJTU, the winners of the Department of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages are: Zheng Zhiyi (provincial level), Liu Xinman (provincial level), Liu Xing (provincial level) and Zhang Ran (university level).All of the students who received the honor were ranked among the top of their grades. They study hard and actively, learn and understand the important responsibilities that contemporary youth should shoulder, and play a good leading role in all the work of the college. In addition, they actively participated in various social practices, which not only improved their learning ability, but also set a good example for all students of the Department of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.

Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport, in good physical and mental health.
Academic and Age Requirements:
Undergraduate applicants: Should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be under the age of 25.
Official documentation from a previous university certifying that the prior degree program was taught entirely in English.
Meet SWJTU's specific academic ability and other relevant admission requirements for the chosen program.
Nationality Requirements: Applicants must meet the relevant regulations of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Ministry of Education Document [2020] No. 12.
For Undergraduate Applicants: A passing score on the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA test), organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), is required. Please provide the original CSCA score report.
