3 reasons to study Human Resources Management at Murdoch University

Use avatars and virtual reality (VR) to prepare you for real-life HR experiences such as interviews, conflict resolution and more. We are the first university in Australia to introduce VR in this way.
Work with real organisations on real projects, and complete internships through our work integrated learning program. Some of our students have interned with RAC Arena and a number of local governments and businesses.

Programme Structure

The Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management provides a strong foundation in business principles while developing the knowledge and practical skills required to manage and support people in modern organisations. Students study core areas including management, marketing, economics, accounting, and business law before progressing to specialised human resources topics such as talent acquisition, talent management, employment law, employment relations, organisational behaviour, change management, and business analytics. The course also includes a Discovery Unit to develop transferable skills and offers the flexibility to broaden your studies through an approved double major or elective units, allowing you to tailor your degree to your interests and career goals.
