Karrierewege mit „Ganztagspädagogik B. A.“Mit dem Abschluss Ganztagspädagogik B. A. qualifizieren Sie sich für pädagogische Fach- und Koordinationsaufgaben im schulischen Ganztag. Sie planen Lern-, Förder- und Freizeitangebote, begleiten Kinder individuell und entwickeln Ganztagskonzepte gemeinsam mit Schulen und Trägern weiter – praxisnah, reflektiert und mit Blick auf Qualität.

Pädagogische Fachkraft im schulischen Ganztag bzw. in offenen Ganztagsschulen – Sie gestalten Lernzeiten, AGs und Förderangebote, übernehmen Hausaufgaben- und Ferienprogramme und begleiten Übergänge.
Koordinator Ganztag | Teamleitung offene Ganztagsschulen – Sie entwickeln Konzepte, steuern Personal- und Einsatzplanung, sichern Qualität und koordinieren Kooperationen von Schule und Trägern.
Lernbegleiter | Ergänzungskraft im Unterricht – Sie unterstützen Lehrkräfte in heterogenen Lernsettings (Inklusion, Sprachbildung, Sozialkompetenz) und übernehmen Kleingruppenförderung.
Projektmitarbeit bei freien und öffentlichen Trägern – z. B. Bildungsträger, Jugendhilfe, Vereine und Kommunen.
Mit Berufserfahrung: Einstieg in Einrichtungs- und Bereichsleitung bei Trägern des Ganztags.
Arbeitsmarkt Plus: Der bundesweite Ausbau des Ganztags erhöht den Bedarf an qualifizierten Fachkräften deutlich – für Sie die Chance auf einen sicheren Berufseinstieg.

Praxisanteile

Im dualen Studium wenden Sie Ihr Wissen direkt im Unternehmensalltag an – an drei Tagen pro Woche sind Sie fest in Ihre Praxisstelle eingebunden. Ergänzt wird Ihre Erfahrung durch ein betreutes Projektstudium und praxisnahe Aufgabenstellungen im Hörsaal.

Die accadis Hochschule legt Wert auf eine persönliche Betreuung der Studierenden und eine praxisnahe Ausbildung. Der Studiengang wird durch eine Bachelorarbeit abgeschlossen.
