Overview

You’ll follow an integrated programme for the first year, giving you the knowledge, skills, and industrial connections to support your aspirations. From the second year, you’ll specialise in electrical and electronic engineering, refining your theoretical knowledge and practical skills. You’ll spend your third year on an industrial placement before returning to University of East Anglia to complete your studies. The Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Year in Industry course culminates in a multidisciplinary design project, working from a real-world industrial brief. You’ll undertake site visits, develop designs, and present proposals to professional engineers. Previous students have been offered graduate employment based on this final-year project work.
