About our Bachelor of Psychology (Psychological Science)
You’ll learn about all the major fields in Psychology, including human development through our lifespan; biological, social, and cultural influences on the person’s perception, emotion, learning, language, personality and individual differences, abilities and disabilities, psychological health and wellbeing, and psychological disorders.
The Bachelor of Psychology allows you to study Psychological Science while developing specialist expertise in social and developmental psychology. You’ll explore cutting-edge research, practical applications, and gain insights into how we understand ourselves and others.
This course allows you to build a valuable portfolio of technical and interpersonal skills and gives you the chance to develop superior analytical skills alongside contemporary scientific research methods for investigating human minds and behaviour. It will give you an in-depth understanding of human behaviour that you can use across many industries.

The Bachelor of Psychology (Psychological Science) provides a comprehensive foundation in psychology while developing the research, analytical, and critical thinking skills required to understand human behaviour. Students explore core areas including cultural, biological, cognitive, developmental, and social psychology, as well as individual differences, psychological conditions, ageing, and research methods. The course emphasises scientific inquiry and evidence-based practice, preparing graduates for a range of careers or further study in psychology. Students also complete a Discovery Unit to develop transferable skills and can broaden their studies through an approved double major or elective units, allowing them to tailor their degree to their interests and career goals.
