Overview

In the first two years of the Computer Engineering course at Istanbul Health and Technology University, mainly basic engineering and basic computer courses will be given, and in the following two years, courses related to computer engineering and technical elective courses will be given intensively. The research and application skills of our students will be developed with modern educational equipment, laboratory facilities and project courses.During their education, our students will graduate much more ready for the sector with their theoretical education created by taking into account the needs of the sector and industry, as well as the practical training they receive thanks to our academic-industry collaborations.

Career Opportunities

With the title of "Computer Engineer", graduates of the department have the opportunity to work in many fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, mobile application-development, defense industry, cyber security, various software and IT companies, game industry, web development, blockchain technologies, autonomous vehicles, aviation and space sector, media sector, banking, e-commerce, IT centers and R&D centers of private and state institutions. Graduates of the department can also work as academicians in universities while continuing their master's and doctoral studies.
