Overview

The Petroleum Engineering programme from Kazakh-British Technical University is designed to prepare specialists in the exploration, production, and processing of hydrocarbons, with a focus on the design, operation, and management of technological processes at oil and gas facilities. The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, including geology, drilling, reservoir development, oil and gas transportation and storage, as well as environmental and industrial safety.At the end of the second year, students choose a specialization track to continue their studies. The Petroleum Engineering programme offers five tracks:

Applicants must take the UNT in 5 subjects to be eligible for the grant competition.
