Students who have graduated or expect to graduate from high school may apply if they meet one of the following criteria:

International students
Individuals born Turkish citizens who have renounced their Turkish citizenship, along with their under-18 children (must document their rights under Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, Article 7)
Individuals who acquired Turkish citizenship later (born citizens of another country)
Turkish citizens who completed their entire high school education abroad (excluding TRNC)
TRNC citizens who completed secondary education in the GCE AL system or abroad between 2005–2010

Language Proficiency:

English: A minimum score from an English language test like the TOEFL (e.g., 79 for iBT) is required for English-taught programs.
