Sydney Design School's Advanced Diploma of Interior Design course explores residential and commercial design, then delves deeper into the large scale hotel and institutional design projects. Our real-world briefs are exciting and complex enabling you to push the boundaries and collaborate in a design team.

This course is accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority, the Government’s national regulator for vocational education. RTO91446.Our Advanced Diploma of Interior Design is recognised by the Design Institute of Australia, Australia’s peak industry body for professional design.

- After you apply for this course you will need to join us for an informal interview. You’ll need to bring a one page (A4) motivational statement explaining why you wish to study interior design at Sydney Design School.
Technological requirements
- You will need a laptop computer that can be brought to class and used at home. We recommend students use a PC as this computer is compatible with all software used in the course. If you choose to use a MAC you will be using a different interface for AutoCAD and SketchUp and will need to purchase and install Windows to run Revit. Your computer will need a dedicated graphics card.
