- Bahasa Malaysia
- Mathematics
- Science
Pass Certificate of Health Sciences PTPL (Level 3, MQF) with at least CGPA 2.00
Pass Polytechnic Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with minimum CGPA 2.00
Pass Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in a relevant field, and:
- Pass SPM with at least one (1) credit
- Through strengthening programme (if necessary)
Pass MARA Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with minimum CGPA 2.00
Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum grade B in three (3) subjects
