Overview
Students of the Construction Management for England (Construction Design and Build Technician) (HTQ) programme from Lincoln College will have the opportunity to gain an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the regulatory, technological, social, legal and economic context of construction management.
Study Details
- Students will study on the Lincoln College Campus for the full durations of the course. Part-time, two years. One day per week.
- Course contact hours are typically comprised of: six hours theory sessions per week, one-two hours practical/seminar sessions per week. It is expected that students complete between one and six hours of additional independent study per week in order to be successful on this programme.
- Whilst the sessions delivered at College are typically six hours between a time frame of 9am – 7.30pm, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, it is expected that students make themselves available to complete part-time sector specific work or work experience hours outside of these times. Many of the opportunities offered through the college will require commitment during evenings and weekends.
