All candidates with local qualifications MUST possess credit in Bahasa Melayu in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
All local candidates who possess GCE 'O'/'A' Level MUST possess credit in Bahasa Melayu.
Unified Examination Certification (UEC) is only accepted for Private Institutions of Higher Learning as approved by Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

For International candidates:

Either one (1) of the following:

Pass STPM or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.5;
Pass ‘A’ Level with minimum Grade C in three (3) other subjects;
Pass Foundation with minimum CGPA 2.5;
Pass any Diploma with minimum CGPA 2.5 (No credit transfer), equivalent MQF Level 4;
Minimum two (2) years clinical working experience (Credit transfer allowed).
