Medicine - Surgery from Brighton and Sussex Medical School, our five-year medical degree, awarded jointly by the Universities of Brighton and Sussex, leads to the qualification of Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (BM BS).

General requirements
A-levels: Standard offer is AAA, including Biology and Chemistry. For applicants with contextual data, AAB may be accepted.
GCSEs: Minimum grade 6/B in English (Language or Literature) and Maths. Contextual applicants may be accepted with 5/C.
International Baccalaureate: Score of 35 points, with Higher Level Biology and Chemistry at grade 6.
Other qualifications: Scottish Highers, Irish Leaving Certificate, and Access to Medicine courses are also accepted — each with specific grade expectations.
