General requirements

The entrance qualification for this programme (according to Programme Standard Psychology, 2nd Edition) are as follows:

A pass in STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects; OR

A pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid; OR

A Certificate in Matriculation or Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00; OR

A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in any field with at least CGPA of 2.00 out of 4:00; OR

A Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) subjected to HEP Senate / Academic Board’s approval**. The HEPs are required to conduct screening and provide appropriate bridging courses in Mathematics and Science; OR

An Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) in the relevant fields with at least CGPA of 2.00 out of 4:00; OR

Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by Malaysian government as equivalent to the above requirements.
