Overview

In this Pharmacy (Hons) programme at University of Cyberjaya, students are exposed to hands-on and real-life experiential learning right from Year 1. The Pharmacy Degree also provides students a chance to learn about niche areas and newer practices in pharmacy, such as disaster & relief medicine, nuclear pharmacy, veterinary pharmacy, military pharmacy and cosmetics & nutraceuticals.

Course Training and Practical

Students will be exposed to various laboratories sessions, field and simulated exercises, visits, industrial training at pharmaceutical companies, attachment at community pharmacies and at designated Ministry of Health primary care clinics and hospitals.

STPM / A-Level: Grades BBB or ABC or AAC in 3 subjects: Biology and Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics; With minimum grade B for chemistry.

UEC: Minimum B4 in 5 subjects: Biology, and Chemistry, and Physics, and Mathematics and Advanced Mathematics / Advanced Mathematics I / Advance Mathematics II / another subject

Foundation: Grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in 3 subjects: Biology an Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics With minimum grade B for chemistry

International Baccalaureate: Minimum of 30 points overall and attained a minimum score of 5 each in 3 of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics with a minimum of 2 at Higher Level (HL) and 1 at Standard Level

SAM and CPU: Aggregate 75% each in 3 science subjects: Chemistry, Biology, and Physics or Mathematics, including a minimum of 75% in Chemistry
