Hands-On Experience
At Lincoln College University Centre, we provide students with real-life coaching experiences in authentic environments. Working closely with a local primary school, students are responsible for planning and delivering fundamental movement skills-based PE lessons that help children to become physically literate, whilst providing them with positive experiences that help keep them physically active for life.
More importantly, these experiences allow students to develop their practical teaching and coaching skills, creating stronger connections between theory and practice that will help them to better understand the roles of PE teachers and sports coaches.
