The PGD focuses on advanced management and leadership for experienced hospitality professionals. Core subjects include finance and performance management, revenue management, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, events management and business strategy. Learning is applied directly to real workplace challenges, making it immediately relevant for those already in management roles.
Specialisations
The PGD itself has no specialisations, but graduates who transfer to the Les Roches Master of Advanced Studies can choose from three specialisation tracks:

Programme Structure
The PGD spans one year, combining advanced academic modules with real-world application. It is available full-time, part-time and online to suit working professionals.
- Part 1: Hospitality Management — Six advanced modules covering leadership and change management, entrepreneurship and business modelling, finance and performance management, digital marketing, revenue management and international events management
- Business Field Trip — An exclusive industry visit offering behind-the-scenes access to senior hotel management, GM panels and networking with key industry figures
- Part 2: Professional Project — A six-month work-based research project applied directly to your current workplace, or a six-month internship at a luxury hotel of your choice
- Les Roches Master's Transfer (Optional) — Graduates may transfer to the Master of Advanced Studies at Les Roches in Europe, completing a full Master's degree in just one additional semester
