Overview
During the bachelor Creative Media & Game Technologies at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen , you will learn to conceptualise innovative solutions for realising creative media. You will work on defining and promoting (serious) game concepts, learn to understand the principles of game art and develop the code for gameplay. While working in a team, you will learn how to turn a game concept into a final product and how to involve the end user in the development cycle. With an emphasis on research, innovation, intercultural communication and entrepreneurship, Creative Media & Game Technologies is both a generalist and a specialist training programme for the creative industry.

- This programme accepts OMPT as a mathematics admission test. Depending on your academic background, you may be required to take an OMPT assessment as part of the admission process.
- Upper Secondary School diploma, such as
- France: Baccalaureat
- Germany: Hochschulreife Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) AS Levels and A levels:
- The evaluation of a GCE AS levels or GCE A levels will always take into account the results students have attained for both the GCE and the GCSE:
- The combination of GCSEs and GCE AS levels to a HAVO diploma will be compared if:
- the GCSE was obtained with an assessment of A* to C or 9 to 4 in at least 4 subjects;
- the GCE was obtained with an assessment of A* to C for at least 2 AS levels;
- the 2 AS levels were attained in relevant subjects;
- these GCSE and GCE results were obtained in 6 different subjects; and
- 2 of these 6 different subjects are (preferably) mathematics and English.
