Overview
The University of Toledo is the only university in the country to require professional sales majors to take a purchasing class to better grasp the customer’s perspective.
Undergraduates of the Professional Sales (Online) program will use technology to role play, create elevator speeches, have virtual coaching sessions and interviews, and more.
Professional sales students are required to have an internship. They will learn best practices, will know how to build successful relationships, how to think strategically, and will graduate with the knowledge and field experience to hit the ground running and produce results quickly.
Career
Nearly all professional sales graduates of The University of Toledo find jobs prior to graduation. Most go into business-to-business professional selling.

General requirements
To be admitted to the Bachelor of Business Administration program (BBA) at The University of Toledo, students need:
- a minimum 2.80 cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) or
- a minimum 25 ACT composite /1150 SAT composite (older version taken prior to March 2016) or 1220 SAT composite (newer version taken March 2016 or after) or a GED average score of 510 (2002 format)/710 (2014 format).
