This Tourism and Hospitality Operations programme at the Atlantic Technological University is experiential in nature and combines practical classes, field trips and work experience all of which will equip a graduate to work in the area of tourism and hospitality both here in Ireland and around the world.

A focus of the programme is on the operational side of hospitality management where students focus on subject areas such as bar and restaurant operations, beverage management, rooms division management and culinary skills. Students of this programme will also enhance their digital skills to work in the sector.
