What you will study
The Economics major will give you a thorough understanding of economic theories. The courses will provide you with a strong set of tools to identify and analyse problems in and outside the world of economics.
The Business & Society major offers a solid foundation in core business disciplines such as management and marketing, while exploring how businesses interact with and impact society. You will also gain insights into business strategy, organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship, and data analysis.
The Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) major enables you to analyse contemporary issues from multiple disciplinary perspectives. Drawing on insights from the humanities, economics, and social sciences, you will examine the social, economic, and political forces that shape societies past and present. Key themes include modernity, economic systems, globalisation, and political structures.

- This programme accepts OMPT as a mathematics admission test. Depending on your academic background, you may be required to take an OMPT assessment as part of the admission process.
You are eligible for admission to EUC if you meet:
- the minimum admission requirements for Erasmus University Rotterdam AND
- the admission requirements for your secondary school diploma.
- Since a number of our courses cover mathematics and statistics, mathematics proficiency is necessary for success in our programme. Additionally, since our programme is taught fully in English, proficiency in English is a strict requirement.
