Overview

The Sport and Exercise Science, BSc course from Symbiosis International University offers students an opportunity to learn various scientific aspects of sports. This programme will help them develop an overall core foundation in sports science. They will understand the human body and its requirement in different sporting situations.

Exit Options and Awarding UG Certificate, UG Diploma, and Degrees:

UG Certificate: Students who opt to exit after completion of the first year and have secured 40 credits will be awarded a UG certificate.
3-year UG Degree: Students who wish to undergo a 3-year UG programme will be awarded UG Degree in the Major (Sport and Exercise Science)
4-year UG Degree (Honours with Research): Students who secure 75% marks and above in the first six semesters and wish to undertake research at the undergraduate level
UG Diploma: Students who opt to exit after completion of the second year and have secured 80 credits will be awarded the UG diploma
4-year UG Degree (Honours): A four-year UG Honours degree in the major discipline will be awarded to those who complete a four-year degree programme.

12 years Baccalaureate Certificate
GCE/ IGCSE/ GCSE examinations of the approved British Examining Bodies in Hong Kong with passes in 5 subjects at ‘Ordinary Level’ and 2 subjects at ‘Advanced Level’. Candidates intending to join Professional courses are required to have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics in ADVANCED LEVEL & English at AS LEVEL.
Admissions are in conformity with the guidelines set by the Association of Indian Universities and the Statutory Bodies of India like the Indian Nursing Council, All India Council for Technical Education, Bar Council of India, etc.
