Overview
The Mechanical Engineering, BTech course from BML Munjal University is amongst the most diversified and versatile engineering branches and plays an important role in all aspects of human life. A Mechanical Engineer develops products by taking an idea, developing it into a functional prototype, performing engineering analysis (structural, thermal, vibrational, static, dynamic etc.), applying manufacturing technologies & production processes for the required form and fit required to perform the intended function.
Key facts:
Mechanical engineering is a very broad engineering discipline that combines engineering physics, mathematics, and materials science to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. Today’s industry, from the automotive sector to fluid flow dynamics, owes its existence to mechanical engineers. In fact, innovations in mechanical engineering drive the world today, literally. From creating better rig equipment to bigger ships, faster cars, or better everyday products, mechanical engineers help keep the wheels of the industry turning, literally speaking.
