Overview

The Hospitality and Hotel Administration (Hons) programme from Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU) involves in-depth laboratory work for students to gain expertise in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping.
