Overview
This International Food and Beverage Management (Hons) program from Alpine Center will give students a range of managerial skills to run their own business and also a high level of practical skills to allow the restaurateur or chef to provide a unique culinary experience to their customers.
Key Features
- Summer industry placement (internship) is an integral part of the program and the student is required to complete two paid industry placements.
- Upon successful completion of the two years of study and two paid industry placements, students are awarded a Swiss Alpine Diploma in Culinary Arts.

- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a grade of at least 60% of the high school exit grade
- Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirements
- Pass an interview with a Senior Member Team Exceptional Entry
- Candidates who do not possess normal minimum entry qualifications are considered on an individual basis by members of the programme team. Notification of admission by exceptional entry plus a rationale is forwarded to the Registry.
