
Overview
With a practical and applied teaching and learning approach, you will be given the opportunities to gain real-life experience by interacting with industry guest speakers or going on study trips to both domestic and international destinations; preparing you for careers including Destination Marketing Executive, Sustainable Tourism Consultant, Travel Product Designer, Travel Sales Executive, Business Development Manager.
The tourism industry is often described as the largest industry in the world, with one in ten jobs related to travel. As tourism in Vietnam is projected to grow further, there is a significant need for qualified and knowledgeable tourism professionals.
On our Tourism Management (Hons) program from British University Vietnam , you will be provided with in-depth knowledge about the vibrant and dynamic travel and tourism sector and its interactions with economies, cultures, and environments to contribute to long-term sustainable development both locally and internationally.

Academic requirements
One of the following qualifications:
- Vietnamese High School Diploma with a minimum of Grade 5 in Mathematics and pass the UK Pathway programme
- A-Level/AS Level: 104–120 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of two A-levels
- International Baccalaureate (Diploma): A minimum overall score of 28
- International Baccalaureate Certificates: 104–120 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of two Higher Level certificates
- Cambridge International Pre-U Diploma: 104–120 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of two principal subjects

General requirements
Aged 17 or over. One of the following English language requirements:
- IELTS Academic (UKVI or non-UKVI) 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent
- TOEFL iBT (including Special Home Edition) with the following minimum scores: Total score 60, Listening 7, Reading 8, Speaking 16, Writing 18
- PTE (Academic) with the following minimum scores: Total score 54, Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking 51
- Cambridge English: Advanced and Proficiency with the following minimum scores: Total score 169, Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking 162
- GCSE/IGCSE English Language/English Literature/First language/Second language: Grade C
