Hospitality Management (Honours) South East Technological University

Overview

During the Hospitality Management (Honours) programme from South East Technological University first semester of year 3, students are required to complete a placement organised by the college in a hospitality organisation in Ireland or abroad. Students are actively involved in the decision-making process in order that their choice of work experience is appropriate to their career aspirations and interests. 

This work experience allows students to gain real experience of working in a hospitality business.

Past companies who have been involved in the placements include: Four Seasons, Hilton, Westin, Mount Juliet Conrad, Park Hotel Kenmare, Jurys-Doyle, Tower Hotel Group and many more.
