Overview

Once your Engineering (Honours) - Renewable Energy programme by Queensland University of Technology is underway, you’ll have direct access to the Banyo Pilot Plant Precinct, the state-of-the-art research facility for large-scale power grid testing, solar applications, high-voltage and high-current testing. Beyond large-scale power capabilities, the facilities provide many opportunities to collaborate with industry.

You will work alongside industry consultants and academic experts who are leaders in renewable energy system design and performance, energy storage, energy efficient transport, smart cities, climate change risk assessments, and carbon neutral strategies.

Graduating with a Master of Renewable Energy will give you skills that are in high demand for a range of careers in areas ranging from renewable energy systems design and project management, through to energy and carbon policy, greenhouse gas accounting and energy management.
