Programme Structure
Programme Structure
The CIHA spans three semesters over 18 months, combining hands-on training, academic learning and real-world application.
- Semester 1: Practical Arts — Hands-on training across all key hotel departments including front office, rooms division, food and beverage, housekeeping, guest relations, oenology and mixology
- Semester 2: Hospitality Management — Academic modules covering finance, marketing, data analysis, sustainability, diversity and an integrated hospitality project, following the Les Roches curriculum
- Semester 3: Work-Based Project or Internship — Current hoteliers complete a six-month management project at their own workplace. Those transitioning into hospitality complete a six-month internship at a luxury hotel of their choice

General requirements
- Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent. (Candidates who do not meet the academic requirements may be considered based on their prior experience in the hospitality industry.)
- Minimum English-language level: IELTS 5.5 or above in all areas, TOEFL 525/70, or Cambridge FCE/CAE Grade C. (Students without any of the aforementioned English certifications will be invited to take the Common European Framework test to assess their English capabilities.)
