Students of the programme can choose between four specializations:

A gastronomy background opens up various careers in the hospitality industry. Some potential career paths include:- Restaurant Manager: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, including staffing, customer service, and financial management.
- Food Critic or Blogger: Share insights on food and gastronomy through writing, blogging, or reviewing. Food and Beverages Manager: Manage the overall operations of food and beverage services in establishments like restaurants, resorts, or hotels.
- Food stylist: Collaborate with photographers, advertisers, or filmmakers to style and present food aesthetically pleasingly.
- Nutrition Consultant: Provide advice on nutrition, dietary planning, and healthy eating, incorporating gastronomic knowledge.
- Research and Development Chef: Work with food companies to develop and innovate new food products or recipes.
- Menu Developer: Crate and design menus for restaurants or catering services, considering culinary trends, dietary preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
- Chef/Cook: Work in restaurants, catering services, or hotels, preparing and presenting a variety of dishes.
- Culinary Tourism Specialist: Planned and organised culinary tours, promoting destinations based on their food culture.
- Catering Manager: Coordinate and manage catering services for events, corporate functions, or weddings.

Academic Qualifications:
- A certificate of your higher secondary education.
- Official English Tests
IELTS – Overall 5 and 4.5 minimum scores in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
PELT (Password English Language Test) – Overall 5 and 4.5 minimum scores in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) – minimum grade of 46 (with a minimum of 41 in each section)
Test with an overall score of 90+ in Duolingo.
- Nationals from English-speaking countries can skip taking an English test. They should write a letter of motivation for themselves.
- A minimum of 50% of grades in English subjects at higher secondary education or the medium of studies should be English in the last school of education.
