Overview
University of Madeira's degree in Communication, Culture and Organizations is based on broad-based training, which aims to provide skills and competencies related to the communicational, cultural and organizational universes of contemporary societies.
Overview
Student training involves a strong academic component, oriented towards the acquisition of specific practical and professional skills, with the objective of acquiring skills in the scope of languages, communication devices and cultural industries, but also framing them in a broad perspective and interdisciplinary, critical reflection on the foundations of culture and the history and characteristics of social and organizational formations. Training in the predominant areas of the course is said to involve scientific rigor and operational and strategic management capabilities.
This course is especially aimed at those who aspire to develop their knowledge and critical sense in the areas of history, communication and culture.Students who apply through the National Access Competition and pass one of the required entrance tests can apply for this course. Candidates may also enter through the institution/course change regimes, through one of the Special Competitions in force or through the International Student Status.

- - Declaration under oath that the candidate does not have Portuguese nationality nor is covered by the provisions of numbers 2 and 3 of article 3 of Decree-Law no. 36/2014, of March 10, as currently worded
- - Secondary education diploma or equivalent, or, if the academic qualification does not correspond to the Portuguese secondary education, a document proving that it allows, in the country where it was obtained, access to higher education
- - Course syllabuses and other documents that prove the subjects taught and obtained by the candidates (not applicable when presenting proof of national exams in your country)
- - Proof of completion of national exams in your country (ENEM for candidates from Brazil)
- - Documentary evidence attesting proficiency in the language the study cycle is taught- Proof that the candidate holds the Prerequisites (where applicable)
