Overview

The Department of Accounting and Information Systems was established in 2001.The Department is committed to extending the boundaries of utilizing modern information technology (IT) in accountancy. We aim to achieve this through close relationships with Accounting and IT professional associations across Taiwan and internationally.

Asia University, Taiwan provides flexible curriculum structures that allow students to choose the course program (Accounting and Tax, and Computer Auditing) they need for their future. Bachelor degree and master degree programs are both offered by the Department.

Education Goals

Obtaining appropriate knowledge in Accounting theory and business management;
Applying information technology in accounting practices;
Integrating tax planning into business management; and
Working as a team player with outstanding leadership and professional ethics.

Highest-level diploma in English or Chinese from the last school you attended
Official transcript in English or Chinese from the school you attended
Two letters of recommendation
One copy of the passport
One copy of the financial statement with at least US$5,000 deposit within three months
If the financial statement is not in the name of the applicant, a letter of affidavit from the sponsor must be included.
Scholarship recipients may submit proof of award in lieu of a financial statement.
