Overview

Through close on-site joint education with corporate experts, the Future Mobility program at University of Ulsan seeks to develop practical, skilled technical personnel with practical experience and knowledge in the fields of green mobility such as environmentally friendly power sources like batteries and hydrogen fuel cells, smart mobility with autonomous driving technology, and mobility design and manufacturing who can contribute to the regional industry.

Aims of Education

As part of the university education innovation, the Ulsan-Gyeongnam Regional Innovation Platform aims to cultivate advanced talents equipped with expertise in new technologies in the field of future mobility, including automobiles, shipbuilding, construction machinery, aviation, and more.

To advance Korea's core industries, such as automobiles, shipbuilding, construction machinery, and aviation, in the mobility sector, we aim to bring together the capabilities of universities, businesses, and research institutes in the region related to mobility. The goal is to foster technology experts who will lead the new future mobility industry and research professionals who will be responsible for global-level foundational technology.

An applicant with non-Korean nationality and both of their parents having non-Korean nationality
High school graduates (or expected graduates) in Korea or overseas must hold or expect to have high school qualifications. As a minimum, an applicant must have a qualification considered to be equivalent to a Year 12 qualification (completion of high school) in Korea.
