Aims of Education

The Piano program at University of Ulsan aims to help students acquire professional skills including advanced technique performance, theory, and musicality and to cultivate student's personality as a musician who can contribute to our community.

The program also wants to enable students to learn various characteristics of piano songs throughout time, interpretation of performance, and playing techniques through the professional practical guidance of world-renowned pianist Han Dong-il and other faculty who are recognized for their abilities through excellent domestic and international competitions

Applicants should satisfy the following condition.

An applicant with non-Korean nationality and both of their parents having non-Korean nationality
High school graduates(or expected graduates) in Korea or overseas must hold or expect to have high school qualifications. As a minimum, an applicant must have a qualification considered to be equivalent to a Year 12 qualification (completion of high school) in Korea.
