Public Administration is the study of dealing with a special social phenomenon called government administration by accepting various theories or knowledge systems from many adjacent studies. Today, it can be said that the domain of Public Administration is not only wide in the public sphere of government organizations, but also in complementary relationships with private organizations and voluntary sectors, as well as change management and adaptation to rapidly changing social conditions.

An applicant with non-Korean nationality and both of their parents having non-Korean nationality
High school graduates(or expected graduates) in Korea or overseas must hold or expect to have high school qualifications. As a minimum, an applicant must have a qualification considered to be equivalent to a Year 12 qualification (completion of high school) in Korea.
