Overview

The French Language and Area Studies program at University of Ulsan will not only broaden student's career options, but also prepare them for the real world by cultivating critical thinking and lifelong learning skills. The major fosters basic French skills in French speaking, listening, writing, and reading from the lower grades, and students will study French language and French literature extensively 3rd and 4th year. Excellent knowledge of a foreign language and an informed appreciation of a foreign literature open doors to many professions.

An applicant with non-Korean nationality and both of their parents having non-Korean nationality
High school graduates(or expected graduates) in Korea or overseas must hold or expect to have high school qualifications. As a minimum, an applicant must have a qualification considered to be equivalent to a Year 12 qualification (completion of high school) in Korea.
