Features of Learning

The Arts and Science program from Eikei University of Hiroshima aims to foster a cadre of young people who have high aspirations to contribute to local communities and to the world in the midst of uncertain socioeconomic circumstances, as well as to boldly take on unsolved challenges, and to tenaciously pave the way for a new era.

• Eikiei University uses active learning methods in all courses and lessons

• Students will acquire essential skills related to ICT, data science, logical thinking, design thinking, and systematic thinking for the society of the future where IoT and AI are global trends.

• Not only do we aim for students to develop practical English proficiency to the level where they can take courses in English, international students will also be welcomed to ensure a globalized campus.
• The Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)are international goals for sustainable development adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2015. At EUH, we aim to train young people to contribute to the establishment of integrated solutions to real-world problems while considering the direction of the 17 SDGs and aiming to contribute to the realization of a sustainable world. When examining social issues, we set the SDGs’ 5Ps(Peace, Partnership, People, Prosperity, and Planet)as pillars for studying various interdisciplinary fields.
