The program aims to educate, train and prepare culturally competent generalist social work practitioners that promote social change and problem solving on the Micro, Mezzo, and Macro levels. The BSW program is conceptualized along Islamic principles of social solidarity, cooperation and mutual aid within an ecological/strengths perspective with a focus on the traditional Arab/Muslim family and the multicultural expatriate populations. Final (Direct) Admission to the College:

A minimum score of (900) in EmSAT Mathematics, or the equivalent mathematics readiness tests including:
- For the American system or its equivalent: Advanced Placement (AP) with a minimum score of (3).
- For the British system or its equivalent: General Certificate of Education (GCE) with a minimum score of (C).
- International Baccalaureate (IB-High Level Exam) with a minimum score of (5).
- Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) with a minimum score of (590).
- Passing the bridging (prerequisite) course.
- International Baccalaureate (IB-High Level Exam) with a minimum score of (5).
