Overview
This Dietetics (Hons) course from University of Hertfordshire covers the broad range of sciences that inform dietetics and is the first of its kind in the UK to award academic credit for practice placements. Placements are offered in the NHS, as well as in non-NHS settings. Dietitians are employed in the NHS in both hospital and community settings, and also work in other areas such as sports nutrition, the food industry, charities, education and research.
