Overview

A graduate of the Engineering of Management - Quality Management specialization from Academy of Business in Dabrowa Górnicza is prepared to work as an auditor of the internal and external quality system, a member of the team for the development and implementation of quality systems in the enterprise and as a plenipotentiary for quality.

As part of the classes, students participate in study visits, that allow to see how quality problem solving looks like in practice. They will learn practical aspects of application and evaluation of quality management techniques in production and service enterprises.

preparation of process architecture,
standardization of quality management systems,
principles of introducing and applying statistical process control,
requirements for the quality management system in the organization
principles of certification and accreditation in Poland
tools for continuous improvement,
preparation of assumptions for creating systems integrated in the organization in accordance with ISO standards,
introducing process management in the organization,
using Six Sigma methodology,
practical rules for applying the FMEA method,
using Problem Solving methods,
interpretation of the quality requirements for the purpose of conducting the audit
