Key Features
The transfer student candidates at the Pharmacy program at Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa from Turkish or foreign universities are subject to the YOK Legislation "The transfer, double degree, minor degree and inter-institutional credit transfer" and to the evaluation conditions determined by Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa Senate. The transfer quotas are determined and announced by Turkish Higher Education Council (YOK). The evaluation of the candidates are done by the school evaluation commmisin and approved by the management
Pharmacists have the sole responsibility for medicine and pharmacy services from the production to the presentation of medicines. Fueled by this idea, our main goal is to train pharmacists who are scientific, universal, and beneficial to the medical world and the society, respectful to patient rights, and solution-oriented in the field of pharmacy, which is the heart of medicine. With this awareness, the graduates of our faculty are going to be the pharmacists who are committed to ethical values and have a social responsibility, qualified in terms of science and technology in the field of clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry at international standards, entrepreneurial, capable of producing R&D projects. In this regard, they will take their place in society to serve as pharmacists who have the well-established knowledge and equipment to cooperate with the industry and take the pharmacy profession to further areas.

General requirements
- A total of 300 ECTS, to be successful in all courses, graduation project and internship exams. The overall grade point average must be at least 2.00.
- To be placed by getting enough points from the MF-3 in exam made by OSYM 1) The person who is completely blind and has an incurable disease that prevents him/her from doing profession can not do pharmacy profession in accordance with the law no 6197 on "Pharmacists and Pharmacies" and its regulations. 2) It is important to be able to use hands and fingers to succeed in the program
