- Malaysian citizen
- Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Obtained at least Grade B- in ONE (1) of the following subject at STPM Level:
- Syariah / Usuluddin / Tahfiz Al-Quran
- Obtained at least a Grade B- in any ONE (1) subject at the STPM level that has not yet been counted.
- Matriculation / Foundation (Science and Art Stream)
- Malaysian citizen
- Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Obtained at least Grade B- in TWO (2) subjects at the Foundation in Islamic Studies (University Malaya)
- STAM
- Malaysian Citizen
- Obtained at least the grade of Jayyid Jiddan at Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM)
- Obtain at least a grade of Jayyid in TWO (2) subjects at the STAM level
- Diploma / Equivalent
- Malaysian citizen
- Possesses a Diploma in the field of Islamic Studies recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the Senate of the University Malaya, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Obtain at least a grade of B- in TWO (2) subjects at the Diploma level
- UM SATU Foundation
- Malaysian citizen
- Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Obtain at least a grade of B- in TWO (2) subjects at the Foundation SATU UM
