Many progress into roles within youth work, community learning and development, or social work. The degree also provides a strong foundation for careers in early learning provision, NGO and charity work, and allied health professions. Furthermore, the programme serves as a gateway to postgraduate study, including teaching qualifications such as the PGDE, or specialised Master’s degrees in psychology, health and wellbeing, or children's rights and leadership.
